Client’s Responsibility on Services Rendered
As a client, you acknowledge and agree that while Vision-Xperts Inc provides the best available tools, ideas, advice, and commercially available data, we cannot be responsible for changing market conditions, job posting changes, or a client’s persistence, attitude, and willingness to implement their action plan. NO VERBAL OR WRITTEN PROMISE OR GUARANTEE OF ANY JOB OR EMPLOYMENT IS MADE OR IMPLIED UNDER THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT. Ultimately, your success in the job market is solely your responsibility.
Your service includes professionally written documents, also known as marketing and branding documents, and/or career development sessions. As the client, you are responsible for reviewing your completed documents from our service providers for completeness and accuracy. Vision-Xperts Inc is not liable for any damage caused by omissions, false statements, or inaccuracies. We work with you through the document editing phase. As the client, it is your responsibility to review and finalize your documents before using them. If you find it necessary to make modifications to your personalized written document prepared by Vision-Xperts Inc, please submit a written request before the conclusion of your service. Requests made after this point will not be accommodated.
